Spring is right around the corner.....and I really wanted to splurge on a Weber charcoal grill. Just one more thing to add to my backyard patio for upcoming grill parties! I pleaded with the wife....trying to justify why I needed a charcoal grill. It was kinda obvious why I needed one....because I didn't HAVE one!
To complement the new grill.....I came across a few sites that highly recommended these Craycort cast-iron grates for charcoal grills. You have to order these grates online and they were on my front porch within two days!
What good is a new Weber charcoal grill without some recipes to go with it? I managed to snag two great books for less than $5 (clearance racks) that give me a great head start! Let's fire up the grill and start Q'ing.
