Smoked Chicken Wings

Throw a bunch of chicken wings on the cutting board.  Toss some of your favorite BBQ rub all over them (both sides).

Throw them on the smoker @ 275 degrees.  Depending on how "well done" you like your wings will determine how long you keep them smoking!  I smoked my wings for two hours (flipping them over after the first hour).  The wings turned out great....with easy to bite through soft skin.  I prefer wings with a crunchier skin.....so I probably will leave them on for an additional hour (or more) next time.  I also saw a BBQ post that recommended throwing the wings into a fryer for 1 minute after they come off the smoker.  This gives the skin the best crunch-factor!

Throw on some BBQ sauce and enjoy!
